
This easy coleslaw recipe is a family favorite that we make year round. It’s featured in my Summer Side Dishes Cookbook and I’m so happy to share the recipe with you here too.

Coleslaw:
– 2 bags shredded coleslaw
– 1/2 c mayo
– 1/2 c sour cream
– 1 tsp salt
– 2 tbsp vinegar
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 1 tsp mustard
– fresh ground pepper
Mix and serve! I like to add the salt first since I think it helps draw any water out of the cabbage and makes it easier to mix.
Taste it as you go and adjust to your liking. I’ve done this with apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar, and white vinegar and it’s delicious!
