Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

This chicken pot pie recipe is easy and such a crowd pleaser!

You can do homemade or store bought pie crust (or even prep and freeze several of your own for later).

Chicken Pot Pie Recipe 🥧:

  • 1.5 lb chicken
  • shredded carrots
  • chopped green beans
  • 2 pie crusts
  • chicken bouillon
  • milk or water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup flour
    Saute your chicken and veg in a little olivd oil. Move to the side and make a roux with the butter and flour. Mix in and then add your water and bouillon. Pour into pie crust and cover with top crust, bake at 359F for 60-90 min or until crust is golden brown at edges.
