This recipe is one of our family favorites! Great for a nice dinner or to serve guests, there are a few ingredients you may not have on hand but the marinade is so good you can use it again and again.
The white miso paste keeps quite well in the refrigerator, so it’s worth having.
I like to slice my salmon into serving size pieces beforehand so each person gets all the crispy edges and their own slice of the delicious salmon skin, but if you’d prefer to make a large whole side of fish that is also a very impressive and delicious meal.

I would definitely recommend the parchment paper as this can stick to the pan due to the caramelized sugar.
Without further ado, here is the recipe:
Miso Salmon Recipe:
– 1 tbsp white miso paste
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 2 tbsp brown sugar
-1 tsp sesame oil
Slice salmon into portions and brush with your miso glaze. Bake the salmon on a parchment lined baking sheet at 425F for about 15-20 min or until the edges get nice and crispy!
