Though we all love a beef meatball with marinara sauce, there’s also a place in my kitchen for a healthy turkey meatball.

These are light and flavorful, and made with good ingredients.
Serve them over rice, in pita, atop a salad, or in broth.
This recipe makes a lot (enough for 5 – 7 people) or you can use this as meal prep and freeze the extras for another night!

Turkey Meatballs:
– 3 lb ground turkey
– 3 tsp mayo
– 2 to 3 handfuls chopped spinach
– juice of 1 lemon
– fresh chopped garlic (optional)
– salt & oregano
– 4 oz feta cheese
Mix your ingredients together well and then form into meatballs. I like to use a cookie scoop to make it faster. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet at 350F for 25 min or until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165F
Tips: to save yourself some dishes, make the meatball mix directly in the meat package

Let me know if you try them!
