
This recipe is one of our favorites! Quiche is so versatile- you can serve it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and you can add whatever mix ins and cheese you’d like.

I like to start with store bought pie crust if I don’t already have homemade crust prepped ahead of time, but if you prefer to make the crust yourself too that is even better!

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup cheese
1 cup milk or half n half
Optional: 1 cup mix ins (ham, sausage, bacon, or cooked and drained vegetables)
1 tsp salt
Pour your egg mixture carefully into your pie crust, then put your pie dish on a baking sheet to make it easier to get in and out of the oven and to help prevent any spills from getting directly into your oven.
Bake in a 350F oven for 50 min, let cool 10 min before slicing and serving!
